The Mandate

ElectroSolutions was mandated to implement a solution to modernize the collection of information and data archiving for a manufacturer with hundreds of models of hoses and plumbing connectors to inspect.
 
The challenge was to optimize the process of controlling measurements considering the variety of raw materials, the diversity of parts to inspect and multiple dimensions, while extending the inspection process to multiple workstations.

THE SOLUTION IMPLEMENTED

ElectroSolutions has developed custom software, to collect information and archive data, which is scalable and allows the identification of characteristics of all parts manufactured by the company. The data can be entered manually, semi-automatically by electronic calipers or directly from production lines, which can be quickly and easily archived and consulted as needed.
